This course trains people in moving, lifting and handling people safely to avoid back strain.
On successful completion of this course delegates will receive A Object moving Certificate, valid for three years.

The course will cover a range of subjects, which include:
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Legal Requirements
- Record keeping Risk Assessing People moving
- Workplace Injuries
- Correct lifting Techniques
Course Duration
Open courses run from 9.30am to 13.00pm for half day with groups of up to 8 delegates Cost: £40 per delegate all inclusive.
